The long-awaited Boca Raton location of the South Florida-based Rhino Doughnuts chain is now open for business.

The sweet shop — 1,100-square-feet of dough and coffee aromas — is located at Mizner Plaza.

The latest location is one of three current South Florida locations of partners Tom Prakas‘ and Davin Tran‘s Dough endeavor. Another is planned for Fort Lauderdale’s Uptown Center this year.

A sampling of the specialty doughnuts you might find among the daily specials (they change daily):

Death by Chocolate: chocolate doughnut, chocolate glaze, chocolate sprinkles
Maple Bacon: maple custard filled doughnut, topped with caramelized Applewood smoke bacon
Miami Cream: custard filled doughnut, white chocolate glaze, eat your heart out, Boston
Key Lime Pie: key lime filled doughnut, graham crackers
Salted Caramel Glazed: caramel glazed doughnut, sprinkled with sea salt
Pomegranate: vanilla doughnut, fresh pomegranate glaze
Pistachio: vanilla doughnut, topped with chunky pistachio
Red Velvet: red velvet cake doughnut, cream cheese icing

For the pairing: fresh coffees, hot chocolate, shakes and sundaes.
