Hillstone Restaurant Group has proposed a new waterfront restaurant in Boca Raton, about 5 miles away from its Houston’s concept.

The concept for the new location has not been revealed, but is planned to be a one-story, 7,012-square-foot space at 551 E. Palmetto Park Road, according to a Planning Advisory Review Application sent to the city of Boca Raton.

The eatery would have 132 parking spaces, a 595-square-foot exterior dining patio on the east side and a 435-square-foot bar patio on the north side, according to the application. It would also have 124 indoor seats, 26 bar seats, 38 seats on the dining patio and 36 seats on the bar patio.

The entire development site is about 2.25 acres, and the total square footage of the project would be about 8,548 square feet. The existing parking area at the site will be demolished. A pedestrian path along the water would be built. Hillstone Restaurant Group is behind Houston’s, at 1900 N.W. Executive Center Circle, and Palm Beach Grill, at 340 Poinciana Way in Palm Beach.

The California-based company also owns restaurants in North Miami Beach, Pompano Beach, Palm Beach and Coral Gables.
