A national commercial real estate organization has released its annual report noting that the commercial real estate industry supports in Florida 134,152 jobs.

The NAIOP Research Foundation’s annual report said that the Sunshine State ranked fifth overall in its study.

The study said that the industry accounted for $7.598 billion in direct spending with a total output of $15.752 billion.

The states above Florida in the 2016 rankings were New York, Texas, California and Louisiana.
