The Tilted Kilt opening in Boca Raton is hiring for multiple positions including servers, hostesses, bartenders, bussers and kitchen staff.

Owner Samir Changela said the restaurant needs to hire about 130 people and is expected to open by the end of January.

Workers can apply online and then selected applicants will be contacted for an interview. The restaurant will hold in-person auditions Dec. 7 to 9 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Boca Raton, 3400 Airport Road.

“They should be stage-ready and bring a smile,” Changela said.

Tilted Kilt Boca Raton is under construction at 3320 Airport Road. Changela plans to open another Tilted Kilt in South Florida by the end of next year, he said.
