Public prison company pays $9.9M for Boca Raton site to build HQ
March 22nd, 2016The Geo Group intends to build a 110,000 square foot new office building for their corporate headquarters within the eight acre park at Boca Village Corporate Center. The Geo Group will be moving from just across the street at One Park Place on Yamato Road when the built to suit is completed. The Seller was BV Land LLC, controlled by Malcom Butters.
