February 25th, 2016Rosemurgy Properties acquired a property in Deerfield Beach for $6 million and plans to build a self-storage facility there.
A family trust sold the 3.2-acre site at 545 S. Federal Highway to Sentry Deerfield Beach, a subsidiary of Rosemurgy Properties, which is based in Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton. The property last traded for $4.7 million in 2013.
