The 116,000-square-foot office building at 900 NW Broken Sound Parkway in Boca Raton sold for $23.68 million, according to property records.
The property last sold in 2015 for $19.75 million.
Commercial real estate broker Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller, a partnership between Mainstreet Capital Partners and The Davis Cos. of Boston.
The buyer is 900 Broken Sound LLC of Greenville, South Carolina. The new owner took an $18.4 million mortgage from Wells Fargo.
Originally built in 1989, the five-story property was renovated in 2015. It’s 79 percent full, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler said. Tenants include CSL Plasma and Geosyntec.
NAI/Merin Hunter Codman of West Palm Beach will manage and lease the building for the new landlord.
