A Boca Raton marketing analytics firm has sold for $160 million, a private equity firm engaged in the deal has announced.
Publicly-traded financial IT firm Deluxe Corp. acquring Datamyx, which had been a portfolio company of New York-based Halyard Capital since 2011.
Datamyx provides marketing data and analytics to financial services companies and their marketers.
Ben Waldshan, the CEO of Datamyx, said in a statement the sale was the result of a strategy that had broaden the company’s customer base. It was not immediately clear how the sale would impact Datamyx’s Boca Raton operations.
